For the past two years I have been working with Jennifer Borja as my Pilates instructor, my health coach and now, my friend and confidant.
I am in my early 50’s and when we started this journey I wasn’t sure what to expect. At first I wanted instant results. “What’s up with this? I had my Pilates session for 3 weeks and my clothes are still tight.” Then, this not being my first ride on the weight merry-go-round (or is it see-saw), I realized that one session each week wasn’t going to do it. Jennifer helped to coach me through my myths, hopes, blunders, traditional mine fields and also my successes.
